David J. Willis Building Pty Ltd is a small to medium sized building company situated in the Perth hills at Roleystone approximately 40mins drive from the CBD. We specialise in timber framed homes, extensions and renovations, along with decks, pergolas,alfresco areas and all aspects of structural carpentry.

A large number of our projects are also double brick renovations and extensions and our materials are sourced from mainly local businesses.

We have access to specialist joinery and window manufacturers that provide excellent quality aluminuim and timber windows or doors. We employ all local tradesmen whom are all good friends and take pride in their work and have the utmost consideration for the other trades to follow.

The work we undertake is highly varied and we consistently exceed the expectations of our clients by providing high quality service and an excellent finished product.
